Freediving Dolphin FRD
Monofin 'Dolphin' FRD ' with closed heel footpockets . Hand tapered blade from fiberglass makes blade very flexible. It is mostly used for finswimming, underwater orientation, freediving (especially for dynamic events) and long distance swimming. Standard measures are 72 cm x 66 cm (width x length). Monofin 'Dolphin' FRD has rubber ribs. We recommend a 'Dolphin' FRD because of the comfortable footpockets.'OMER' footpockets will allow you to practice a long,long hours. The fin has been tested by Lauri Lilja from Finland. :-)
Does this fin have any angle to the blade? Can it be made with Sporasub footpockets if I send them to you first? How much would it cost if I sent you the footpockets? What stiffness should I go with for mainly pool training- don't want to bang up my good

Since I started swimming with the Freediving Dolphin FRD I have not wanted to take it off. When I swim with it I feel at ease and comfortable, without it I feel like I've lost a limb.
